The House Quilt Project was established in June of 2010, to assist Furnishing Hope, who works with designers to create interior rooms and entire houses to help those in need.

About Me
I live in Southern California and am a contemporary quilt maker who believes in giving back to my community with "The House Quilt Project." I work with individual quilters to coordinate the making of patriotic house quilts for the walls of rooms for individuals wounded in service to our country, Heart of the Home for women and children who are transitioning out of homelessness and Habitat for Humanity. The list of projects that we have done are in this column of information.

The Project
Quilt artists have made house quilts at their own expense, which includes shipping to me. All house quilts are now 14” square. Patriotic House Quilts for Wounded Service Members. Heart of the Home house quilts began in 2017. They are for women and children that are transitioning out of homelessness. See the upper tabs for more information, what is needed, and shipping info.

Since the project began, over a 700 house quilts have been made on behalf of Furnishing Hope. Thank you! This is a nation-wide project.
